Delivery for UK Postcode Customers
We now use Royal Mail Signed For (International and Areas outside DPD Service) and DPD Local for the distribution of our goods. If you are unsure which service you will receive please call us.
Royal Mail: If an item is returned, we will deduct the original cost of the carriage and any reasonable charges. This is to cover our cost for an item not required or returned by Royal Mail for any reason.
DPD Local: If an item has been returned, we will deduct the original cost of carriage and also the cost incurred from DPD Local in returning the item(s) to us.
Delivery for International Customers
For International sales a Signed or Tracked service is always used. This is currently Royal Mail International Sign For or Airsure depending on the destination and the final total weight of the item.
You will be able to see that the item is in the Royal Mail's system and on its way, by entering the Unique reference emailed by us on the date we dispatched your order on the Royal Mail Track & Trace website.
Important Notice for our International Customers: When paying with Nochex UK this service uses 3D Secure by MasterCard and Verified by Visa services and will, if required, ask you to confirm your purchase by means of a user name and password.
